Stuart W. Prall

Stuart Prall, Closing Advantage founder and owner, is a practicing attorney and real estate investor living in the beautiful Four Corners area of Colorado. Mr Prall serves clients across the state. He grew up in Cincinnati, attended Hamilton College in upstate New York, then moved to Colorado after college. He attended law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and received his J.D. and license to practice law in 1994. He has been a part of hundreds of real estate transactions in his professional career, as mediator, advocate, buyer and seller.

In his free time, Stuart enjoys summertime backpacking and fly fishing in the beautiful San Juan mountains. During the winter months he is an avid skier.

Stuart is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Durango One Hundred Club and he supports Big Brothers/Big Sisters of La Plata County, Volunteers of America, and the the San Juan Symphony.
